Founded by Scott and Jacqui Scoggin, Year Round Co. is a creative studio located in Tacoma, WA producing thoughtful design and carefully crafted items.

The two met in design school and after graduating went straight to work as in-house graphic designers for prominent Seattle companies. In 2008 they left their day jobs behind to run their own business full time. Each has 10 years of experience in the field of graphic design and currently spends half their time designing and half making handmade goods, while still finding time to get out into nature with their dog Nico.

SHIPPING
All items are shipped via the United States Postal Service.
We do our best to process orders in approximately 3-5 business days of when your order was placed. If you need an item shipped immediately, please let us know and we will do our best. We do not ship on weekends.

DOMESTIC: Small items are shipped via USPS First Class mail and do not come with tracking or insurance. They should arrive within 2-3 business days. 
Larger items are sent via USPS Priority mail and includes tracking and up to $50 in insurance coverage. Packages should arrive within 1-3 business days.

CANADA & INTERNATIONAL: All items are shipped via USPS First Class International and do not come with tracking or insurance. They should arrive within 
2-4 weeks, but that is not guaranteed because of destination and customs. 
*Please note that customer pays for any duty or taxes charged to them by their country.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for incorrect shipping addresses and refunds will not be accepted. Please leave a note to seller if you would like the package shipped elsewhere. 

Once items have shipped, they are in the hands of the post office. Please contact your local post office with your tracking number to get more info on where your package may be (if you purchased a small item that does not include tracking, neither the post office or us can track it for you). 
*If you would like to include tracking and insurance on your package, please contact us before making a purchase.

We take pride in our quality and craftsmanship and do our best to photograph our work - please keep in mind that all computer screens vary slightly.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 2 days upon receiving your order. We can either refund or exchange the item - must be unworn/unused and in sellable condition with original packaging. 

Once the item has been shipped back to us we'll send your refund - refunds do not include original shipping costs and are subject to a less 10% re-stock fee. This fee is for time spent processing, packaging, shipping, etc. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items being shipped back to us. Please make sure you have insurance and tracking. In the event the package is damaged in transit, please contact us to file a claim with the post office - item must be photographed in order to make the claim. 

*All gift certificates, sale items, and custom requests are final.

WHOLESALE: Please contact us if you are interested in wholesaling our products. To be considered please email information about your store (ie. website, brands you carry, location, etc.) to yearroundco@gmail.com and we will contact you shortly. We work on wholesale terms only, no consignment.
