HANDMADE GOODS INFO

We design all our fabrics and screen print them in our studio in small batch runs. Each piece is designed, printed, sewn, packed, and shipped by us. We take great care to ensure that each piece is carefully crafted to our quality standards before sending it to a new home.

FABRICS: We are nuts about our earth and all its beauty! We have committed ourselves to using only certified SBP®, GOTS labeled organic fabrics. We have chosen the softest blend of organic linen and organic cotton blends for all our products.

INKS: We use only water-based environmentally friendly inks on all our products. Once printed all our fabrics are left to air-dry, witch further reduces the need for energy consumption. All inks are completely set into the fabric and will not fade with washing. We clean all our screens with eco cleaning products.

PILLOW INSERTS: All our pillows come with a green eco friendly pillow insert. These are made from a super soft fiber made from soda bottles as well as a sage green poly-fiber content batting and wrapped in 100% cotton. These are made in the USA.

CLEANING FABRIC: Tea towels: machine wash and tumble dry low. Pillows: For a long life, hand wash and tumble dry low or run on a gentle cycle. Tote Bags & Zip Pouches: Spot clean only, taking care around leather handles.

SHIPPING INFO

Please allow approximately 1-3 business days of when your order was placed for it to ship. To reduce paper waste we do not print purchase orders, but you will receive an email notification once your order has shipped. 

DOMESTIC: Small items are shipped via USPS First Class mail and do not come with insurance. They should arrive within 2-5 business days from shipment date. Larger items are sent via USPS Priority mail and includes tracking and up to $50 in insurance coverage. Packages should arrive within 1-3 business days. 

CANADA & INTERNATIONAL: All items are shipped via USPS First Class International and do not come with tracking or insurance. They should arrive within
2-4 weeks, but that is not guaranteed because of destination and customs. 
*Please note that customer pays for any duty or taxes charged to them by their country.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for incorrect shipping addresses and refunds will not be accepted. Please send us a note if you would like the package shipped elsewhere. 

Every order will receive a tracking number once items have shipped. Packages are then in the hands of the post office. Please contact your local post office with your tracking number to get more info on where your package may be (if you are outside the USA, items do not include tracking, and neither the post office or us can track it once it has left the states). 
*If you would like to include tracking and insurance on your package, please contact us before making a purchase.

RETURNS: If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 2 days upon receiving your order. We can either exchange the item or send a refund - must be unworn/unused and in sellable condition with original packaging. 

Once the item has been shipped back to us we'll send your exchange or refund. Refunds do not include original shipping costs and are subject to a less 10% re-stock fee. This fee is for time spent processing, packaging, shipping, etc. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items being shipped back to us. Please make sure you have insurance and tracking. In the event the package is damaged in transit, please contact us to file a claim with the post office - item must be photographed in order to make the claim. *All gift certificates, sale items, and custom requests are final.
